Pamela Healey serves as Senior Vice President of Development for High Noon Entertainment. Pamela heads up High Noon's development department and runs the Los Angeles office. She is responsible for the creation and development of innovative original series for broadcast and cable networks, and oversees them from concept inception through final execution. Pamela is the Executive Producer of two of the biggest cable hits of the 2009-2010 season: VH1's Tough Love and TLC's Cake Boss. She is currently also in production on a new VH1 series, Tough Love Couples, along with several pilots. Pamela has produced pilots and series for a broad range of networks, including: VH1, TLC, MTV, History Channel, We TV, Discovery, Style, ABC Family, TV Land and Animal Planet. Pamela joined High Noon in 2003, on Discovery Channel's Second Opinion with Dr Oz. Prior to High Noon, Pamela worked in market research. Pamela received her BA from Duke University.
